Maintaining your active lifestyle is easy to do at Rydal Park. And, it’s encouraged. With a wide variety of ways to stay fit both on and off campus.

Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center is well equipped to meet your interests and needs. From treadmills to weight machines you can get a head-to-toe workout that will leave you feeling vibrant and full of energy. Afterward, take a relaxing swim or participate in a water aerobics class in the indoor heated pool. And if you need a little nudge or instruction, our on-site personal trainer is there to guide you in the right direction. We also have an indoor walking track, tai-chi and dance classes, walking clubs and a wellness center to keep you in the best possible shape.

You can also find plenty of ways to stay active off campus. The surrounding areas of Rydal, Jenkintown and Abington have ample trails and scenic parks for those who enjoy walking. There are many golf courses in the area that will provide a challenge for the beginner and the experienced golfer alike.
